Everything! My appointment was on time, Ms Kemper Martin explained my symptoms very clearly and how to self manage the problem. More importantly, it was a first class doctor/patient experience for me. There was eye to eye contact and very human warmth emanating from Ms Kemper! I only wish I had seen a professional from the LMSK unit sooner, but appreciate the constraints the NHS is under timely. Thanks to Ms Martin, it was a 5 star experience. I also than the whole team, who went behind the scenes and do not necessarily get fee recognition they deserve.
